Delivery Refusal
Curbside Delivery (No Assembly Service)
Customers who choose to pick our “Curbside” Delivery option Must check their merchandise for any Missing Parts/Defect within 24hrs after Deliver & Must inform us via following method immediately at 832-231-0698 or by emailing: support@urbanfurnituredecor.com with pictures. For Any reason if a customer who chooses curbside delivery option is unable to assemble the product (unless due to missing parts or Defect) & needs our assistance, we will charge a Trip charge $59-$99 (Based off Of Distance) Plus Assembly charge $79-$149 (Based off Product). If you are unable to assemble due to a product defect, we will happily come & assist you with product assembly without any additional charge. However upon arrival if we find out there was no defect but just an Assembly error by the customer due to lack of assembly skills (we will charge a Trip charge+ Assembly Fee) based off Distance & Product.

Delivery with Assembly Service. We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at 832-231-0698 or by emailing: support@urbanfurnituredecor.com with pictures or let our drivers know.
