Return, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

•  We strictly adhere to our policies as this helps us run our bussiness smoothly & efficiently. There policies are carefully made considering the nature of Furniture business & keeping the policies of our Furniture vendors & Distributors in mind.  We highly recommend our customers to carefully review our policies to prevent any future misunderstandings & Call or email us for any additional questions or clarifications. We strive to provide exceptional customer service to our customers while adhering to our Business Policies.

• No returns, exchanges Or Cancellations.   Examples would be Furniture, Rugs, Accessories, Decorations, Lightings, Mattresses, Service Fees, Delivery Fees, Canvas. However Customers have 24 hours from the initial order date/time to make changes to the order. Examples includes, Change of Color, Style, Size, Material. Thereafter, changes will not be accepted as purchase payments (Non-Refundable) are already made to our distributors/vendors & per their policy cannot be reconsidered once an order has been placed. Therefore we cannot offer any changes after 24 hours of the purchase. (No Exceptions).   -This policy applies to every transaction. Example: Cash, Credit Cards, Financing, No credit Needed option (Acima, Snap Finance, Syncrhony), Zelle, Cash App purchases.  
•  Expedite (Same/Next Day Deliveries) do not qualify for 24 hours “Order Change” policy. Since the purchase payment is instantly made to the distributor as soon as the order is being placed & Expedite Delivery Service payment is made to our Delivery Team.   

Delivery Refusal

• If a customer refuses the delivery due to buyers remorse or any reason other than a defective product, no refunds will be made. As there is (No cancellation Policy).  This includes (Any Financing) option that the customer may have used.  They will be responsible for the trip charge plus any additional delivery trips that will be made in the effort to get the furniture delivered.   

Curbside Delivery (No Assembly Service)

Customers who choose to pick our “Curbside” Delivery option Must check their merchandise for any Missing Parts/Defect within 24hrs after Deliver & Must inform us via following method immediately at 832-231-0698 or by emailing: support@urbanfurnituredecor.com with pictures.  For Any reason if a customer who chooses curbside delivery option  is unable to assemble the product (unless due to missing parts or Defect) & needs our assistance, we will charge a Trip charge $59-$99 (Based off Of Distance) Plus Assembly charge $79-$149 (Based off Product).  If you are unable to assemble due to a product defect, we will happily come & assist you with product assembly without any additional charge.   However upon arrival if we find out there was no defect but just an Assembly error by the customer due to lack of assembly skills (we will charge a Trip charge+ Assembly Fee) based off Distance & Product.     

Delivery With Assembly Service

Delivery with Assembly Service.  We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at 832-231-0698 or by emailing: support@urbanfurnituredecor.com with pictures or let our drivers know.  Defective items will be either fixed or replaced.   Curbside Drop-Off Delivery
